Sprollie Description

This breed is a cross between a Border Collie and an English Springer Spaniel and so can vary in its appearance. The majority of Sprollies have pendant styled ears like the English Springer Spaniel and also the Spaniel’s shorter coat. They are a medium sized dog and can come in an assortment of colours including black, brown, red, liver and some with white some without, generally the tail is feathered like the Border Collie.

Sprollie Character

This a lively breed of dog as you have two very energetic dogs rolled into one, they require plenty of exercise and need their minds to be kept active. They are friendly and intelligent but can be challenging to train as they are independent and high spirited. Sprollies will alert you of strangers making them a good choice for a watchdog but do not expect them to protect you as they are way to friendly for that! Wonderful companions for children.
