Otterhound Description

The Otterhound is a large, rough-coated breed of dog, with a large head and beautiful, shaggy facial hair. They have a muscular neck and an abundant dewlap. Their ears are long and droopy, their tail is very often carried upwards.

Otterhound Character

Otterhounds are fairly amiable dogs and will tolerate children and other animals very well. They love to swim and generally paddle in any available water, they are exceedingly stubborn though therefore making training quite a challenge.
