Spitz Description

The Spitz resembles a fox especially because of its colouring which varies from a golden brown to a red. It has a beautiful plumed tail which is naturally carried high and curled over the dog’s back. The muzzle is small and pointed and the ears erect. Their eyes are dark and almond shaped.

Spitz Character

A faithful and affectionate breed the Spitz is playful and loyal. They love barking and will alert you to strangers. They are lively and require a lot of exercise. The Spitz is a very intelligent breed of dog however this is coupled with a streak of independence making them stubborn. They adore children and like nothing more than to be part of the family.
