Shiba Inu Description

The Shiba Inu is a small but sturdy breed of dog, their head is broad and almost triangular in appearance. Their eyes are dark and small, the ears stand erect. Their tail is highly set and carried over the dog's back. Their coat is fairly harsh and can be red, brindle, red and white or tan and black.

Shiba Inu Character

Shiba Inus seldom bark but rather yodel, they are protective and very loyal and are good watchdogs, apart from their lack of barking! They are clean and rarely destructive and adore children. They are clever dogs and learn very easily but seem to adopt a very laid back approach to training, it is almost as though they will carry out your command when they are ready.
