Rough Collie Description

A fairly large and very distinctive herding breed of dog, with a long, tapering muzzle and erect ears that fold forwards at the tips. They have a gorgeous bushy tail. The Rough Collie has a mane and frill around the neck and chest. They can be sable and white, black and white, blue merle or tan and white.

Rough Collies are extremely sensitive and do not tolerate harsh training at all, they can not abide raised voices. They are a happy breed of dog and they adore children, they make good watchdogs in the fact that they let their family know when a stranger is present. They are a very delicate breed.
