Kerry Blue Terrier Description

A medium sized, muscular terrier with a soft and curly coat. Their head is long with a bushy moustache, beard and eyebrows. The ears are triangular and fold forwards. Their tail is erect. As their name suggests their coat colour is blue but it occurs in a range of varying shades of blue.

The Kerry Blue Terrier is a self confident and lively breed of dog, they bond very closely with people and will protect their family and home. They love children and generally accept other animals well. They are a typical Terrier in many ways and will stand their ground if confronted.
