It is the time of year that most pet owners dread, November, as it brings with it the bangs and whistles of fireworks. Dogs in general are terrified of all the noise as their hearing is so much more sensitive than ours. Most people will teach their puppy/dog the basic commands such as ‘sit,’ ‘stay,’ and ‘down.’ For most puppies and adult dogs this will prove to be enough as with these basic commands a young puppy or an adult dog can be controlled.
